Act Now - Urge Senate Appropriations Committee to Increase Cancer Research Funding
We need your immediate help to secure additional funding for cancer research! Sen. Arlen Specter has introduced two amendments to the bill that will determine the amount of funding provided for cancer research in FY 2011. The first would increase funding for the newly created Cures Acceleration Network by $50 million; the second would increase NIH's overall budget by $1 billion.
