Biography
Joan Quigley is the Assembly Majority Conference Leader, and Chairwoman of the Homeland Security & State Preparedness Committee, Vice Chairwoman for the Health and Senior Services Committee, and a member of both the Budget and Judiciary Committees. She is Vice President for External Affairs of the Bon Secours New Jersey Health System. She received her B.A. from Saint Peters College summa cum laude and her M.P.A. from Rutgers University.
